Wandering, Wondering Me

Having traveled the world, I realize that there is so much more to see and learn. Although I have a Graduate degree, my best education has been with travel. I have learned more from meeting people of different countries and faiths and economic backgrounds. I have experienced prejudice and been welcomed with open arms. As a former geography teacher, I found it difficult to teach from textbook. I wanted to teach what I had seen with my on eyes, however biased my view was. This is my journey from my own prejudices to tolerance- from my own fear to faith- from my own ignorance to education.
**If you find insult here, that is not my intention. It may happen unwittingly though. God knows I have insulted enough people in my lifetime, but never....well... rarely on purpose and almost always out of my own ignorance.
